My very own career development started with a small, family-owned business for a decade, before spending another in Corporate America. For me, “Human Resources” is not just a term for a pain-in-the-ass office who makes you follow the rules. HR is an instrument. HR is a support. Most importantly, HR should always be your partner.

Being in HR, you quickly learn things aren't always cupcakes and rainbows. In fact, most of you see us as the "red tapers" or act like going to HR is like going to the principal's office. But I'm making it my mission to change that narrative. If I'm involved, you can bet on solving problems with plenty of laughs and real talk along the way.
